CURRICULUM

01 Academic Programs

Little Sun School offers three main academic programs: the Cambridge Program, the Chinese Language Program, and the Indonesian National Curriculum. The Cambridge Program includes subjects such as English as a Second Language, Math, Science, Global Perspectives, Computing, Art, Music, and PE.

Students take the Cambridge Progression Tests in Primary 4 and 5, and the Cambridge Checkpoint Exam in Primary 6, receiving a Statement of Achievement from Cambridge International Education. In the Chinese Language Program, students can earn internationally recognized certificates: the YCT in Primary 4, and HSK Level 4 and HSKK (Intermediate) in Primary 6, awarded by China’s Centre for Language and Education Cooperation.

The National Curriculum focuses on Indonesian Language, Religious Studies, andCivics for local students, while international students take Bahasa Indonesia and Indonesian Cultural Studies. The school also takes part in national assessments,including ANBK.

These clubs provide students with a platform to discover their passions, develop new talents, and foster teamwork and leadership. We also provide academic tutoring for students who need additional support in their studies. To accommodate the students’ individual interests and talents, we offer academic clubs that allow them to explore and deepen their knowledge in specific areas of interest. These clubs not only enhance their academic skills but also foster a love for learning in a collaborative and engaging environment.
