CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

We have an innovation in student career development. This career development program originated from a problem we identified related to the challenges faced by high school students who are still confused about determining their aspirations and university choices.

Planning for the Future:

“Be Inspired” is a career exploration program designed to introduce students to various professions. This program is implemented for 10th-grade students. Its goal is to provide detailed insights into the professions students aspire to pursue by allowing them to directly immerse themselves in real-world professional environments aligned with their interests.
Below are the details of the career exploration program:
How it works
Four days:

Day 7 >> teacher and student meet the professional to be “shadowed”
Day 2 & 3 » student shadows the professional
Day 4 » teacher joins the student in another meeting with the professional
Day 5 (school)» student presents the results of their time “working” to his/her classmates

“Be Prepared” is a program designed to introduce students to diverse college pathways and academic fields. This program is tailored for 11th-grade students and serves as a follow-up initiative to the “Be Inspired” career exploration program that students participated in during their 10th-grade year.
Below are the details of the college pathway introduction program:
Campus visit (offline)

  • Overview of what university life is really like
  • Prepares students mentally for higher education

How it works
Students will immerse themselves in a university/college .
Afterwards, the students and the accompanying teacher will assess their experience together.

“Be Informed” is a program for students who are already in 12th grade to obtain sufficient and detailed information regarding their destination universities. The school will hold a Campus Fair consisting of a national campus fair, a China campus fair, and a Canada campus fair to present the broadest possible information to the students.
